Baby Coati in Mexico, from my Summer Vacation

This summer, we went on vacation in Mexico (the Riviera Maya) close to Playa Del Carmen.

The Iberostar Resort was very nice! It had a huge pool, all you can eat food and ice cream, and a beautiful beach. But the neatest thing was wild lemur/raccoon/aardvark looking animals called "Coati". There were even little babies running around!

My School Play "The American Dream"

A short clip from my school play "The American Dream", where I brought down the house as activist and abolitionist Sojourner Truth!  :)

Baby Geese Near the Pond

Dad and I went walking to the pond and found some baby geese with their mama and daddy. Later we fed them some bread.

My First Teddy Bear

When I was just about a new born baby I got a teddy bear. I named it Pinky. I loved that teddy bear so much. But one day I went to my grandmother’s house with Pinky.

Now when this happened I was about three. We went to a restaurant with my diaper bag and me and my stroller. I think what happened was we left Pinky there and never came back to get her. But I think some little kid found her and is taking good care of her.

This looks like her a little bit, but the bottoms of her feet were purple. And she didn’t have a bow.

I miss Pinky, but I’m sure she found a nice home.

Hana's Blog 2.0

After months of not being able to login and update my old blog, dad and I decided to make a new one.  So, if you're not familiar with my blog and its purpose, here's the scoop:

Dad and I are going to publish my favorite bedtime adventure stories, called "Jack Stories", as soon as we find time to type them all up. Dad has been telling me Jack Stories ever since I was a baby, about a boy named Jack who befriends a dragon named Sidney, who lives behind a waterfall in a hidden magical forest.

Please check back in the future...
